Shipping & Delivery

At EZ Peptides™, our goal is simple — to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three (3) business days of confirmation through our trusted 3PL partners. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details within five (5) business days of purchase.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery window. While most orders arrive early within this timeframe, unforeseen courier or customs delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact us for assistance.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • The first business day begins the day after your order is placed.
  • We kindly ask that you wait until 5 PM on the final estimated delivery day before enquiring about your order’s status.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it before dispatch. To request a cancellation, please email admin@ezpeptides.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
